Puppetry

Hand-in-Hand

Hand in Hand is for grades 3-6 and will build off of the skills students bring with them and learn from the program. This year, students will get to perform as puppeteers, house and tech crew for two World of Puppets programs. Throughout the program, students will participate in improv games to build team rapports, be trained to work and maintain performance ready puppets and design crafts and posters to promote the shows.

Students will audition and be placed into one of two shows, either Three Little Wolves or Sleeping Beauty the Untold Story. When not performing, they will run lights, sound, front of house and the craft before and after the show.

The goal of the program is to give students an all inclusive experience on theater performances and let them dip their toes into other areas of a performance they may not have otherwise.
